October was a very busy month at Pearson!
Earlier in the month our students went on their first field trip. Everyone had a very exciting time at Frootogo farm. We went on a wagon ride, explored the farm and got to pick out pumpkins for our classroom.
Mrs. Wielhouwer and the students sang a silly song about witches stew and came up with some spooky ingredients to add to their stew. There are some spooky chefs in the making!
Halloween was lots of fun in the classroom. We saw great costumes; including: pirates, princesses, Paw Patrol characters, hockey players and even Tigger from Winnie the Pooh. The students had a great time parading around the high school, searching for the missing pumpkin!
