We have been pretty fortunate with the spring like weather in Burlington this winter. Nice weather may not mean a lot of opportunities for outdoor rinks, tobogganing or building snowmen (especially over the Christmas break much to many children’s dismay), it does provide many other fun and creative ways to keep busy over this Winter….

Burlington Festival of Lights Take a stroll downtown to Spencer Smith to see the yearly tradition of lighting up the waterfront.
Park Fun: Burlington has some of the best parks around. Everything from LaSalle Park, to Lowville to Hidden Valley Park.
- Michaels Craft Store: Michaels offers many drop in craft times for kids (some free, some with a fee). Make a snowman slime or a snow globe!
